School counselors and school social workers are trained professionals who work alongside teachers, administrators, families and community partners to ensure academic success for every student. We use data to advocate for all students, teachers, and families.  We connect students and families to resources, assist teachers, foster positive school climate and provide encouragement and support throughout their academic and personal journey.
