Welcome to PRIDE's Counseling Corner

   

Here you will find all sorts of information about our Counseling Department. School counselors and school social workers are trained professionals who work alongside teachers, administrators, families and community partners to ensure academic success for every student. We use data to advocate for all students, teachers, and families.  We connect students and families to resources, assist teachers, foster positive school climate and provide encouragement and support throughout their academic and personal journey. 

 

 Counseling Services Include:

- Short-term individual counseling 

-Small group counseling 

-Classroom guidance lessons 

-Support with outside community and/or therapeutic referrals.

Counseling

Families

Families is K-8th advisory program where students from all grades gather in one family that is different than their typical classroom. They will meet once a month to partake in a community building activity like art or service project.
